Hello,

Peter and I have really enjoyed our time at Sawmill. Unfortunately our busy schedule has prevented us from being able to use our lot as frequently as we would have liked and we are now ready to sell the lot and allow someone else to become a happy owner of a site of one of the most top rated gay campgrounds in America.

 

This lot is unique in that it is one of only six lots that are privately owned as a RV Lot that are under a special RV Share Use Agreement with Sawmill.

 

The RV Share Use agreement benefits the owner of the lot as it allows the owners to use the lot as an investment rather than just allowed for personal use.

 

The RV Share Use Agreement allows for Sawmill to book guest on the lot. Sawmill pays the lot owner 60% of the rental monthly and it retains 40%.  As the owner of the lot you do not pay any electric unless you personally use the lot for 30 consecutive days or more then it is metered and you pay for your personal usage.

 

This lot is considered a premium lot and therefore the rates are higher than the regular RV lots. Also there are no free days, no discounts and if Sawmill fails to notify you of the bookings on the lot, it forfeits its share of the booking that took place. If Sawmill accidentally rents the lot at a discount, it forfeits its share. Accounting of the prior month of bookings and payment of your rents are to be postmarked by the 15th of each month or Sawmill forfeits its entire 40% share of all bookings from the prior month.
